Returns

On the day you, or someone you name other than the courier, receive the pieces. If your order arrives in several parcels, they start when the last one arrives.

This right comes from EU and Greek consumer law, and the UK's own consumer rules give UK customers the same 14 days.

Tell us first, with the form above or by email to info@kartel.gr: a clear sentence is enough ("I want to return order 1234"). Then send the pieces within 14 days of telling us, to Filippou 86, 54635 Thessaloniki, Greece.

The direct cost of sending them back is paid by you.

Try things on the way you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling a piece more than is needed to see what it is, how it fits and how it works: for example wearing it out, washing it, or removing labels.

Within 14 days of the day you tell us you are withdrawing. We refund everything you paid, including the original standard delivery cost, with the payment method you used, and you pay no fees for the refund.

We may wait until the pieces are back with us, or until you show us proof that you have sent them, whichever comes first.

The quickest way is to return the piece and place a new order for the size you want, so it is reserved for you straight away.

Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. Write to us with your order number and photos: we will repair or replace it, or give you a refund, as the law provides. This is in addition to your 14 days to change your mind.
