Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–3 business days of payment. You will get an email as soon as yours is on its way.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. The dispatch email includes the courier's tracking link, and Track order shows your order's status any time.
Do you ship outside Greece, the EU and the UK?
Not yet. When we add a country, it will appear here and at checkout.
Are there customs charges?
Not within the European Union: the price you see is the final price. For the United Kingdom, how UK VAT and customs are handled is being finalised; this answer will say exactly what is paid at checkout and what, if anything, on delivery.
My parcel arrived damaged, or never arrived.
Until a parcel reaches you, it travels at our risk. Write to us with your order number (and photos if it is damaged) and we will send a replacement or refund you.
Can I change my delivery address?
Write to us straight away. If the parcel has not been handed to the courier yet, we will change it.
