Updated

Who we are

KARTEL is operated by Nikolaos Margaritis, trading as KARTEL, Filippou 86, 54635 Thessaloniki, Greece. VAT number (ΑΦΜ): to confirm. General Commercial Registry (ΓΕΜΗ) number: to confirm. Email: info@kartel.gr.

What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order placed on this website by customers in Greece, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Nothing in them takes away rights you have as a consumer under the laws of the country where you live.

Your order

When you place an order, you are making us an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Contracts are concluded in English. We keep a copy of your order, and you receive one by email.

If a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we will tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid for it.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and are final prices, including VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The payment methods available are shown at checkout, and payment is taken when you place the order.

If a price is obviously wrong (for example a decimal in the wrong place), we will contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We deliver to Greece, the European Union and the United Kingdom. Costs and times are on the Shipping page. A parcel travels at our risk until it reaches you.

Changing your mind

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. How it works is explained on the Returns page, which also has the model withdrawal form.

Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least two years from delivery. See Returns for what to do if something is faulty.

Designs and content

The designs, graphics, photos, names and marks on this website belong to KARTEL and the projects it houses. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Complaints and disputes

Καταναλωτή, synigoroskatanaloti.gr), an independent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

These terms are governed by Greek law. If you live in another EU country or the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in its courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page on the day you place it.
